These general conditions of sale govern the relationship between the customer and “ALISA s.r.l.”, hereinafter simply referred to as “Armonia SPA Cambiago”, with regard to the purchase of products made remotely via the computer network/internet, on the website www.armoniaspacambiago.it
Definitions
For the purposes of this document, it means:
www.armoniaspacambiago.it indicates the On-line shop which exhibits the articles visible in the Products section.
Customer or Consumer:
Indicates the natural or legal person who, in relation to the sales contracts concluded with “Armonia SPA Cambiago”, hereinafter simply referred to as “Armonia SPA Cambiago”, acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out. Armonia SPA Cambiago therefore reserves the right not to process orders received from subjects other than the “consumer”.
Contract:
Indicates the agreement concluded between the Customer and Armonia SPA Cambiago (regulated by these General Conditions of Sale) following the acceptance by “Armonia SPA Cambiago” of the order confirmation sent by the Customer.
Order Confirmation:
Indicates the Customer’s acceptance (for any product selected from the site for purchase), forwarded to Armonia SPA Cambiago by electronic transmission, of the unit price of the Product (or, in the case of purchasing more goods than the total price of the Products ), transport costs, characteristics and quality of the Product (or Products) as indicated and reported on the site in relation to each product and the provisions contained in these General Conditions of Sale.
Conclusion and object of the Contract:
The receipt by Armonia SPA Cambiago of the Order Confirmation, sent by the Customer electronically, determines the conclusion of the Contract.
By sending the Order Confirmation form, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe the provisions contained in these General Conditions of Sale in relations with Armonia SPA Cambiago. The forwarding of the order confirmation therefore presupposes the complete knowledge and acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale and also of all the additional information contained in the other pages contained on the Website such as shipping methods, payment, etc.
The Customer undertakes and undertakes, once the online purchase procedure has been concluded, to print and keep these Conditions of Sale, already viewed and accepted during the purchase procedure carried out, in order to fully satisfy the condition referred to in Legislative Decree 206/05.
With the conclusion of the Contract, Armonia SPA Cambiago undertakes to supply the Customer with the Products, under the terms and conditions set forth in these General Conditions of Sale, Armonia SPA Cambiago however reserves the right not to proceed with a purchase order placed by if a Customer does not give sufficient guarantees of solvency, nor to incomplete, incorrect or not entirely correct orders or in the event of unavailability of the selected goods, in this case it will be the concern of Armonia SPA Cambiago to inform (by e-mail or Whatsapp) the Customer/consumer of the impossibility to proceed with the fulfillment of the purchase order as it was not possible to conclude the contract due to one of the reasons listed above.
In the event that, at the time of sending the Order Confirmation form, the selected products are no longer available, it will be the responsibility of Armonia SPA Cambiago to notify the purchaser of the unavailability of the selected product within a maximum of thirty days starting from the date of receipt of the purchase order, and in the event that in addition to the order, the payment has already been made, Armonia SPA Cambiago will take care to reimburse the amount advanced by the consumer customer.
The Products that can be purchased from the site are shown on the Site in the most accurate and faithful way possible and certainly corresponding to the characteristics actually possessed.
Armonia SPA Cambiago reserves the right to update/change the price of each individual product at any time (for example: the price of any product at the end of the season or in the following season could be decreased/further discounted, or vary for any other reason ), the price shown on the site at the time of receipt of the Order Confirmation remains officially valid, which also determines the conclusion of the Contract between the Customer and Armonia SPA Cambiago.
